I've started the new year playing with texture and some new (to me) materials. Using powder pigments and water sprayed onto my gel plate to start with, I've then layered the resulting piece with stencils, acrylic ink, granulation medium and cling film, conjuring abstract galaxies, dendritic tendrils and imagined underwater landscapes.
